(“XXTX”) has entered into an agreement with Shanghai Huacheng Southwest International Travel Agency Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Trip.com Group Limited (“Trip.com”) (Nasdaq: TCOM), a travel agency online and a leading travel service provider in China.

Under the terms of the agreement, XXXX will provide online carpooling services to Trip.com customers. XXTX has the necessary legal and logistical licenses to provide online ridesharing services such as airport/station pick-up/drop-off booking, charter services and other forms of passenger transportation. XXTX will have access to customers using Trip.com’s online platforms, including, but not limited to, www.ctrip.com, www.trip.com and other related websites/mobile channels. Trip.com will provide platform customers with reservation services to book the services of XXXX.

This new business cooperation launched in key cities of Senmiao from Chengdu, Canton and Shanghai on May 172022. XXXX plans to expand its cooperation with Trip.com to other cities by China in the future.
