Nissan Launches Virtual Sales Advisor For Magnite As Part Of Online Selling Initiative

Car maker Nissan India announced on Friday that it has introduced a virtual sales advisor for potential customers of its Magnite compact SUV, as part of its digital platform to improve customers’ car-buying experience.
The Virtual Sales Advisor, which was launched by the company in partnership with Eccentric Engine, provides customers with personalized, real-time interaction with a product expert who provides vehicle information, answers product and ownership questions. , offers variant suggestions, financing and trade-in options, virtual driving tests as well as online car reservation.
The platform provides comprehensive end-to-end informational and transactional support in the customer journey to help the customer make an informed purchasing decision.
“The pandemic has challenged the traditional way of engaging customers. Nissan broke new ground with a virtual showroom and a virtual test drive at the launch of the Magnite. Virtual Selling Advisor is the way forward to a seamless, flexible and convenient shopping experience with an expert online advisor to enrich the journey of vehicle ownership, ”said Nissan Motor India Managing Director Rakesh Srivastava, in a statement.
Since its launch, the Magnite has garnered approximately 60,000 reservations and 25% of those reservations were made through the company’s online platform.
Excentric Engine co-founder and CEO Varun Shah noted that the company has developed the 3D compatible live commerce experience for Nissan India.
“It is the first digital platform of its kind with a native experience integrated by any automotive company in the world and presents new possibilities to drive innovations in automotive retail,” he said. he adds.
